With the development of information technology, the washing machine testingprocess completed solely by manpower within enterprises has been showing itsinefficiency more ever than before. The new washing machine products need to testperformance before mass production, however the efficiency is low if completed itmanually. With today’s fierce competition, companies can do nothing but improve itscompetitiveness by way of improving efficiency, or it will be eliminated gradually.The washing machine testing process needs cooperation between departments, but thedepartments are usually located in different regions within a group company, so it isnecessary to have a system to assist washing machine testing process for theenterprise.In the traditional process of software development, the business logic is usuallyrealized by way of hardcode. But the business process changes frequently after thechanges of requirements. In later maintenance of the system, lots of manpower andtime is wasted in altering a lot of codes, therefore, in view of developing andmaintaining this kind of system, the cost is high. In this paper, based on thebackground of measurement-based washing machine testing management systemwhich I have participated in and have deployed and applied a washing machinecompany, it designs a practical washing machine testing management system. Thesystem uses J2EE framework and integrates workflow technology, it comes to realizethe Struts, Spring, Hibernate three open source framework and JBPM workflowengine seamless collection. The system imports tiered mechanism, it is constituted bypresentation layer, control layer, business logic layer and persistence layer. Thesystem uses JBPM workflow engine to manage business process, when businessprocess changes, it only needs to change the process design, which can improve thesystem’s maintainability and scalability. The whole system is constituted by userorganization management, experimental process management, testing resource management, data statistics and query, quality management, news management sixmodules, it can meet the needs of enterprise laboratory informatization and washingmachine testing business processes.This article introduces firstly the technology used in system development process,workflow technology and J2EE technology. Then it analyses carefully therequirements that the enterprise’s systems need to meet, including the needs of userorganizations, functional requirements and washing machine testing processes. Basedon enterprise’s business needs, it designs the system architecture and functionalmodules. Finally, it introduces in detail the design and implementation ofmeasurement-based washing machine testing management system. Practice hasproved that the designed system can not only meet the needs of the enterprise, but alsohas high maintainability.
