Design And Implementation Of Workflow Generation And Management System Based On JBPM

As enterprise information management advanced, workflow has increasingly gained wide recognition and application. Workflow generation system has been an important way of business process development. This paper discusses on this problem which has profound technical background and wide development prospect. Nowadays, workflow development always includes many human tasks, which means that workflow system needs to provide a friendly user interface, integrate a form generation tool and have process management function. The existing workflow system cannot completely meet these needs. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward a workflow generation system based on JBPM project. It supports a visual process design environment which makes it possible to develop process rapidly. At the beginning, this paper introduces two kinds of process techniques, one is automatic BPEL process, the other is artificial JPDL process. Next, the paper explains the shortcomings of BPEL in artificial process development, to solve the problems, the paper researches in the background of workflow generation platform and the basic concepts of JBPM. Then the paper analyzes and concludes the defects of JBPM when it is used to develop processes which have many human tasks. In order to meet the shotfall, this paper advances a mechanism to extend the JBPM platform. It gives a detailed description of the system design, which is divided into several aspects, such as graphical process designer, form generation tool and process management module. Finally, the paper uses an application of form accraditation to explain the usability of workflow system in enterprise service generation.
