The quality of the air-defense command and control system information flow affects the effectiveness of air-defense operation. Usually, the factors that hinder the effect of the air-defense command and control system are as follows:the process of commanders that order and request at all levels is not fluent, leading to the information lagged or lost. Because there is no effective information of the reporting environment, combating friends lack of communication information and mutual assistance. Because of the low efficiency of air-defense response system, combating unit has less battle time and battlefield information, increasing the difficulty of the decision. In order to enhance the fluency of air-defense command control process and to improve the effectiveness of the air-defense system, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the air-defense command and control process. The theory of the workflow management is applied to the air defense command system, establishing the formal theory model of the air-defense command and control workflow management system, realizing the air-defense command and control workflow management software system based on jBPM. The main work are as follows:1) Firstly, describe and analyze the workflow technology and jBPM workflow technology.Introducing the basic concept of workflow, workflow management system, analyzing the current mainstream of the workflow model and its advantages and disadvantages. The paper details jBPM component structure, jPDL process definition language, jBPM process scheduling mechanism, jBPM process execution mechanism, jBPM process instance object, jBPM persistent mechanism. Establish the basic technology of the air-defense command and control process management system based on jBPM.2) Secondly, establish the air-defense command and control workflow model with colored Petri net. For the complex air-defense command and control process, the paper uses colored Petri nets and top-down design principles, builds the CPN model of air-defense brigade (regiment) command and control process including target detection, target identification, threat assessment, fire distribution, fire power five sub-models, describes the static and dynamic characteristics of the air defense command and control process based on the analysis of the air defense command and control processes. In order to use the State Space Tools tool of the CPN tools environment, analyze the state structure of the model to verify the correctness of the model providing the foundation and basis for realizing the real system.3) Thirdly, in order to suit different air-defense scenario applications, establish the system software architecture with good reusability.Combine the basic technology of the system software architecture with good reusability, describes the principle of system software architecture based on jBPM.The good process management system architecture is built based on jBPM and J2EE technology which includes the J2EE lightweight SSH (Struts+Spring+ Hibernate) frame technology.4) Finally, design the system database combining application background of the air-defense command and control system, development environment. Realize the air-defense command and control process management system based on the above software system architecture, organization and equipment, plan and scenario, command and control process management, rights management four modules are built. An application example shows that the air defense process management system has good application and flexibility.
