OA system can help the company to improve the communication of the information and checking documents in order to reduce the labor cost and regulate the management.This article starts with improving process, based on current system, combined with JBPM technology to improve workflow of existing systems,develop new functions,introduce new concept of process and strengthen the workflow transfer,decomposition and monitoring.And the security permissions system is redefined,improve the system security level,increase the user access system.The development and achievement of the system is considered so many situation such as management, operability, maintenance cost and so on. We collect the information of the customers by meeting discuss which we design the drawing and ensure function set. We develop the daily use according to the customers’requests, The engineering company has its own characteristics and concise set of practical OA system, highlighting the OA system convenient, efficient and easy to operate features.
