Research On The Application Of Workflow Management System JBPM On The Cooperative Designing Management System

Cooperative designing is often adopted to improve designing process and efficiency, promoting development and increasing competitive power in modern companies. Cooperative designing is interdisciplinary field, which involves Management, Communication, Information Technology and Sociology. Workflow management implements the standardization of process designing and semi-automatization of process management, which strengthens company's designing and developing ability. Because of this it is valuable to import workflow technology into cooperative designing field.Until nowadays there have been a lot of mature workflow management systems in workflow application field. Under the background, it is still practically significant to select an appropriate workflow management system during cooperative designing management system development.This paper discussed the combination focus of workflow and cooperative designing on the analysis of the related theories in cooperative designing and workflow.JBoss jBPM has its position in workflow application for the powerful function, highly extended design pattern and ease of use. This thesis made an in-depth analysis on jBPM system structure, model designing and task management etc. Furthermore, process scheduling mechanism in jBPM was analyzed in code level, which gave thoughts of design for workflow management system.Concrete solution for workflow application in Cooperative designing management system was provided on detailed requirement analysis by means of the combination of cooperative designing management system for one water conservancy institute, with presentation tier implementation adopted Struts, persistence tier implementation adopted Hibernate and process management system implementation adopted jBPM. At the end of the thesis, the extension implementation of jBPM authorization was provided according to Cooperative designing management system requirement, and the design and implementation details for joint approval pattern was presented. From the tier concept point of view the detail implementation method of presentation tier, controller tier and logic tier was described.
