As the global economic integration pattern is formed,the competition for talent becomes fierce in the worldwide.The radio station of this dissertation is in half manual management status in human resource management work.Using information technology management human resources becomes the common consensus of people.On the basis of investigation of work flow in the human resources department,the dissertation combines with advanced human resource management concept and advanced technology.The dissertation designs a set of human resources management system.The main work of this dissertation is follow:1.The system is developed under the concept of software engineering.It utilizes Java programming language and SQL Server 2008 database.It implemented in the integrated environment of Eclipse.2.On the basis of the complementation of investigation of human resources department and according to the work business of human resources department,it completes detailed requirement analysis report using business flow diagram and function use case diagram describe business requirement,function requirement and non-function requirement.3.In the phase of system detail design,it designs system function using function module diagram.Through entity attribute diagram and E-R model and database table structure,it designs system database in detail.4.In the phase of system implementation,it introduces system implementation procedure through partial function interface and program flow diagram.5.In the phase of system testing,it establishes system testing scheme and completes system testing under its guidance.Testing results show that the system completes personnel information management,recruitment management,train management,attendance management,performance assessment and system maintenance.It gains expectant goal.At present,the system is run within the radio station.Trial running shows the human resource management system can reduce work burden of human resource department effectively.It improves work efficiency and management level of human resources management department.
