Longkou Mining Group(LMG) is a large state-owned coal enterprise, with big and fast changing personnel and wide geographical distribution. At present, it does not have a unified human resources (HR) information management system, so personnel and compensation controls are difficult. Besides, its report data could not provide real-time and accurate information for the enterprise to make real-time and reliable strategic decisions. So It is very necessary and urgent to develop a HR information management system, combined with modern HR management ideas and enterprise development strategies, to satisfy the increasing development of the enterprise.This paper designed and implemented the Longkou Mining Group HR Information Management System based on the requirement analysis, function analysis, process drawing, system implementation and test run for LMG. In the process of the requirement analysis, the business flow charts were drawn in line with project management methods, and were optimized later. In implementation, the mode of MVC three layers structure and J2EE B/S mode are adopted to make a flexible and efficient system. In business class restructuring, the dynamic injection Javassist codes were employed to modify users newly defined tables and fields by bytecode and displayed system business entities defined by users themselves. In addition, Statistical data report function was integrated seamlessly for users to define detail reports, summary reports, cross reports and etc. with the help from report wizard.The system consists of the flowing modules:organization structure, staff information, personnel changes, salary treatment, insurance management, contract management, time management, reporting center, workflow engine, and employee self-service and system maintenance. With a successful implementation, this system unifies HR data, and realizes the centralized management of human resources, payment of wages and salaries. And this system also makes business flow smoothly, and makes statistical data accurate, reliable and real-time, and further improves the overall management level of HR in Longkou Coal Mining group.
