To adapt the requirements of human resources management for modern enterprise in information age, it is necessary to expand the rising information services. The information processed is more complex for the enterprise. It is the main task for ZhongGuanCun Sci&Tech Group to implement new generation human resource management system, which is distributed management, low investment and easy integration to meet the strategy of the enterprises. Based on the requirements, the system is presented to implement the enterprise strategy.First of all, the status and problems of ZhongGuanCun Sci&Tech Group in the human resources management are analyzed in this paper, and the necessity of J2EE-based human resources management system development is illustrated. Next, the functions of management system are discussed, and a rational and practical flow for the subsystem function is analyzed. Then, the architecture of J2EE-based human management system is analyzed. Some core subsystems including the user management, training management and so on, are designed in details. The realizations of some subsystem are discussed in detail. Finally, the scalability and application of the system are analyzed.
