Human resource management is an indispensable part of the management formodern enterprises. It is an essential condition of meeting the demands of the modernbusiness management, pushing enterprise human resources management towardstandard and scientific. To realize rapidly progress in level of human resourcemanagement ability, the enterprise needs to recognize the role of human resourceswith a new perspective. Under the condition of the information network, theenterprise human resources management information system makes it possible to benew human resources managed collaboration pattern. With the enterprise electronicmanagement to further expand, it is necessary to study and develop a enterprisehuman resources management information system which is suitable for enterprisedevelopment pace. It will improve daily work management efficiency and strengthenthe competitiveness.To the general situation of enterprise human resources management, and inaccordance with the software engineering ideas and steps for informationmanagement system development, the enterprise human resources managementinformation system is designed and developed by using the current populartechnology. The system could promote enterprise restructuring their managementmodel. The system realizes login module, personnel files management module,organization management module, training management module, recruitmentmanagement module.During the process of the system’s implementation, the advanced softwaredevelopment model and software engineering idea are applied to the design ofhigh-level business logic and underlying database. The System uses B/S asapplication, MyEclipse as development tool and J2EE as the core technologyframework. SSH is used to be the architectural solution, page-level is developed withJSP, and use Oracle10g as database management system. The comprehensiveutilization of data information is through Web Service.Through the design and development of enterprise human resourcesmanagement information system, it can realize integration and sharing of theinformation resource, and the information transmits smoothly. The system can shift original information management process from depends on people to depends oncomputer system. As an open platform, the demands of human resources managers tomaster modern ideal and advanced technology make enterprise management’s qualityto be improved. They could improve their level of management as a whole. Byapplying the system, it could improve the enterprise competitiveness, reduceproduction costs, improve working efficiency, and realize enterprise informationmanagement. The system is useful for the further of enterprise development.
