At present, China is the world’s largest cigarette consumer market.The face offoreign tobacco giant to enter the Chinese market and tobacco industry structuralreform,as well as some problems existing in the marketing,tobacco companies urgentlyneed precision marketing system.The tobacco precision marketing system is developedin this context,it can help the tobacco companies to know the sales, forecast demand andbuild brand, improve customer relationships, supervise the marketing staff work.The main subject of study is the auxiliary "Sales Excellence" project to carry outby means of information, and build cities of the tobacco company’s precision marketinginformation systems based on this. Cities tobacco of precision marketing informationsystem is the integrated use of management information system theory, databasetechnology, software development, intelligent mobile terminal, intelligent mobileterminal, consumer-centric,"precision marketing" as the guiding ideology, thebuild-oriented "cigarette consumers-customers-integrated information platform forthe entire marketing link in the tobacco business-the tobacco industry."So the conceptsand methods of the "Sales Excellence" is effectively implemented and the efficient,professional, strong execution and city marketing center for learning is built. Theprefecture-level cities of tobacco precision marketing system consists of threesubsystems, subsystem for accurate information, accurate delivery the subsystem, finemanagement subsystem. Its users, including the Jinhua tobacco company owned eightcounties, about20marketing manager. Each market manager manage10client manager,each client manager manage170customers.In this paper, on the basis of in-depth research,according to the actual businessneeds,based on Java technology and SQL Server2008database technology,we useEclipse development platform and MVC design pattern to build the precision marketingsystem for municipal city tobacco company.First base municipal tobacco company’s internal and external environment,analysisneeds of this system,we established the business model.Based on this businessmodel,we divided tobacco precision marketing system functional modules,then design and implementation of the various functional modules,including data interface,customer visits management, basic information management, marketing analysis andstatistics etc.Finally, a detailed test is completed,the test results show that thefunctionality and performance of the system meet the development requirements.The system is initially put into use, and achieved good results.Account Managervisited the smoke households work more planned,can easily interact with the systemwhen go out to visit,and sales is more targeted. Market managers and leaders can betterknow the work of each customer manager.By using statistical inquiry module, citymarketing director can quickly understand the sales,quickly find the problem and solveit.
