In order to better guide the production and operation of enterprises,improve enterprise efficiency,more and more enterprises realize the role of accurate marketing,It is difficult to carry out marketing activities,and can not achieve the desired results,because the line marketing is easily affected by the weather,time,location,number,character and external environment and interference factors.In order to overcome the difficulties caused by the line marketing,Online marketing come out,and it is not affected by the above factors,according to the arrangement of the enterprise staff,it carries out personalized marketing activities at all times and places.In the mobile Internet era,due to the continuous development of information technology,the amount of data generated worldwide is showing an explosive growth trend,more and more enterprises are regarded as the important strategic asset of the enterprise,Enterprises using data assets to conduct user behavior analysis,market research,information services and so on.Marketing management system will use the massive data,promote the telecom operators to improve the level of business ability and service,marketing management system to provide some reference for the development of the operator industry.This paper is aimed to build a marketing management platform based on massive data platform.The platform enables telecom operators to be based on the user's business data,flow and call time data,location data,access to the application of behavioral data and other information,it analyzes the user's preference for content and application selection and insights into customer needs,so as to achieve precision marketing.Massive data development will bring huge changes to the operator's marketing,traditional precision marketing will be upgraded to super precision marketing,to achieve the combination of location information,the relationship between the network of real-time marketing.This paper adopts the method of combining the project method,the literature search method,the theory with the practice and so on.This paper adopts the method of combining the project method,the literature search method,the theory with the practice and so on,In depth study of the system marketing management,marketing strategy formulation,process inquiry,marketing activity evaluation and so on.Key issues to address include: customer segmentation and automatic mining,marketing process closed loop management,comprehensive evaluation of marketing activities and customized display,marketing analysis and so on.Telecom operators marketing management system is divided into five modules,namely: marketing activities planning,marketing activities management,marketing activities to send a single,marketing activities assessment,marketing activities,mass data processing technology is applied to the bottom of marketing management system,and using the Spring MVC framework to separate the data and the user interface,using the echarts graphics plug-in display system graphics,so as to visualize the data.This paper also carried out the system related tests,including the system performance test,the non performance test,the system robustness test and so on,the test results show that the marketing management platform in the related test runs well.Marketing management system of telecom operators,to realize accurate,multivalve marketing activities,and realize to monitor the whole process of marketing activities,and can realize the whole process of marketing activities to implement the monitoring and evaluation of benefits.At the end of this paper,the marketing management system is summarized and prospected in the field of enterprise application,According to the data produced at present operators in business process,through customer marketing platform for precision positioning of potential,high success rate of online marketing,make the telecom operators in the limited marketing resources,focus on the advantages of resources to carry out positioning marketing,enhance the success rate of marketing promotion,reduce marketing expenses,in order to obtain the maximum profit with the minimum cost.
