With the gradual intensification of competition in the tobacco and alcohol retail industry,tobacco and alcohol retailers need accurate monitoring and insight into consumer characteristics,so as to tap their potential consumption power and purchasing power,avoid the loss of high-quality customer resources,and improve the competitiveness of retailers in the fierce market environment.In this thesis,under the development concept of precision marketing,aiming at the retail precision of the tobacco and alcohol industry for consumers,based on database marketing methods,this thesis constructs the consumer portrait database of the tobacco and alcohol retail industry,and uses the theory and method of customer value analysis to mine and analyze the consumer portrait database.Firstly,the overall design,functional module design and database design of the consumer database marketing system of tobacco and alcohol retail industry are carried out.In the design of consumer portrait database,based on the consumer marketing value of tobacco and alcohol retail industry,the design of consumer portrait data index system.By introducing soft evaluation indexes,a portrait index system of tobacco and alcohol consumers integrating consumer consumption ability and loyalty is constructed,and a more comprehensive,detailed,high-quality and time-efficient consumer portrait index system lays a high precision index foundation for the portrayal and value prediction of consumers in the tobacco and alcohol retail industry.Secondly,considering that there are many factors affecting consumer value in the retail industry of tobacco and alcohol,and it is difficult for CFSFDP clustering algorithm to accurately and rapidly cluster high-dimensional and multi-density peaks.To solve this problem,the idea of spatial grid clustering is introduced into CFSFDP algorithm.A CFSFDP clustering algorithm based on data space grid(improved CFSFDP)is designed to improve the accuracy and computational efficiency of the clustering algorithm.Provide efficient and high-precision algorithm support for retailers in the tobacco and alcohol industry to dynamically update consumer portrait and value prediction,and provide reference for retailers in the tobacco and alcohol industry to make precise marketing decisions with high-quality consumer resources.Finally,the function of the consumer database marketing system of tobacco and alcohol retail industry is developed and implemented.Taking W tobacco and alcohol retail industry retailers as the empirical research object,this system is used to carry out the portrait of tobacco and alcohol consumers.The improved CFSFDP clustering algorithm proposed in this study is used to carry out the cluster analysis and value prediction of consumer portrait data,and the value prediction effect is evaluated.According to the results of consumer value forecast and classification,this thesis provides strategic support for tobacco and alcohol retailers to carry out customer relationship management and marketing.
