In today's society,the information technology develop flourishingly,especially the rapid progress of computer science.Any industry wants to win a place in IT own field and to seek long-term survival and development,they must combine the traditional industry technology and computer science,such not only can greatly improve the production efficiency,but also can promote the efficiency of sales management,and maximize the profits of the enterprise.And tobacco industry as a state monopoly industry in our country,has significant influence on the development of national economy,so how to improve the tobacco sales management concept,improve efficiency of production and sales of enterprises has become the focus of social attention.From the perspective of the tobacco marketing,and combining with the computer technology,this study is to create a comprehensive marketing management system for Chinese tobacco enterprises,achieve the management of the enterprise information,promote the competitiveness of the tobacco enterprise marketing.From the tobacco industry marketing development,sales channels,and the detailed process of combining to the functional requirement of the tobacco enterprise marketing management system and the demand characteristic analysis,study in this paper to explore the future direction of domestic tobacco enterprise marketing.By analyzing the problems of the research background and development situation at home and abroad,I confirmed the main goal and work of system.I develop the system by the process of analyzing the demand,designing?achieving and test the system with UML,B/S framework,java and Visual Studio.The system has implemented the core business which is the marketing management process of the company.The core business include user registration,stock managements,order management,information management and inventory management.The system can basically meet the business functions of tobacco marketing process,improve the work efficiency of tobacco marketing,make decision more scientifically,and realize the sharing of information between users.And that make research and development of the system has a certain theoretical value and application value.
