The space data bank technology is substituting for the traditional document gradually, becomes more and more many large and middle scale GIS the application system space data storage solution, GIS has widely applied in telecommunication, underground utilities, digital national territory, urban planning, environmental protection, map publication, civil affair and so on.Tobacco economy including tobacco's planter, production and sale management and so on. Along with our country tobacco economy development and information system construction level enhancement, China's tobacco enterprise from traditional trade to modern circulation enterprise's transformation, but the tobacco company took between the producer, the supplier, the retail merchant, consumer's bridge, its management efficiency, the working pattern have the pivotal function regarding the entire tobacco market.
