With the development of economy and technology, information flow rate continuesto accelerate, competition is becoming increasingly fierce between enterprises. Theconsumers have the variety price variety of goods available, consumption habitsgradually from a focus on commodity prices and quality change to focus on productafter sale service and user experience. Changes in the enterprise only comply withconsumer spending habits, as much as possible to maintain old customers, develop newcustomers, to keep the advantage in competition. Customer relationship managementsystem is in such a background of the emerge as the times require.Customer relationship management system, is a concern, the enterprise and thecustomer is committed to the relationship between maintenance and improve themanagement system. Its core is through the advanced computer technology, perfectfunction of data management, advanced data analysis capabilities, to meet customerdemand, change of master customer demand, to help enterprises to maintain customerlifetime value.This thesis is based on the Chongqing Jie Xu Technology Co., Ltd.(JetShine) ofthe actual demand, the use of PHP language, Eclipse+MyEclipse developmentenvironment, based on the MVC model of the Web architecture, design and implement aset of structure clear, perfect functions, strong practicability CRM system based onWeb.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1) introduced the background and significance of the research topic, elaborated thecustomer relations management system development and domestic developmentsituation, accurate positioning is the subject; for details on the key technology of systemconstruction used, including PHP, Smarty template engine, MVC design pattern, whichlays the theoretical foundation for the system development.(2) combined with the customer relationship management status of Chongqing JieXu company, analyzed the feasibility of the system, and further analyzed by use casediagram and related requirements for a system; (3) the analysis results based on the system requirements, completed the design ofsystem software architecture, functional architecture and security architecture, and isrealized.(4) the test case design, through the use of functional testing method for systemconducted a comprehensive, detailed testing, and found during the test problem solving.The final system, the interface is simple, easy to use, good safety performance. Thesystem has been in Chongqing Jie Xu company put into operation, during the trialoperation, the system function is stable, running smooth, and functions to meet the basicneeds of daily work, completed the initial design requirements.
