With the progress of science and technology, the rapid development of productivity,the amount of information showing a blowout type growth, people communicate withthe increase of the depth and breadth of. In depth analysis and processing to thedisordered information in the surrounding environment, become a modern enterprisetalent showing itself, from the competition of the same industry to find new growthpoint. With the analysis of maintaining the advanced computer and network technologyapplied to the management of enterprise information, enterprise informationdevelopment, is the route one must take.The actual demand of enterprises based on customer relationship management,combined with the status quo of enterprise customer relationship management, thedesign and implementation of customer relationship management system based on Web,the purpose is to improve the enterprise customer relationship management efficiency,reduce the manpower cost, provide better service and support for enterprise productsales. The main work is as follows:(1) analysis of the customer relationship management system research backgroundand significance, and introduces the research status at home and abroad, combined withthe status quo of enterprise customer relationship management, work done on theimplementation of customer relationship management system in this paper and theorganizational structure are described;(2) combined with the actual situation of enterprise customer relationshipmanagement, from the economic point of view, operation, management, analyze thefeasibility of customer relationship management system, and elaborates the enterprise tothe customer relationship management system functional and non functionalrequirements;(3) according to the result of requirement analysis, proposes the design goals anddesign principles of customer relationship management system, and then finished thedesigning of system structure, function module and database etc.;(4) according to the system design proposal, briefly described the developmentprocess of customer relationship management system from the system architecture,system function, key technology and so on; (5) design test cases, the key functional modules of the system are tested, and thetest results are analyzed in detail.Proved by practice, the implementation of customer relationship managementsystem, perfect function, stable performance, friendly interface, to meet the dailycustomer enterprise relationship management work need, can provide effectivecustomer relationship management service for the enterprise.
