On the basis of ERP, enlarging the marketing business, CRM has established a support system for marketing, which takes the customer as the core , takes Call Center and the three main operations : service , sales and marketing as the measure.This study is from requirements of marketing and RS10-ERP. In this paper, it has deeply studied the principle and key technology of CRM, and the differentia between manufacturing industry and other industry such as finance and retail. And has advanced a model of CRM system to manufacturing. It has deeply analyzed in customer care, competitors analysis, data mining, call center, the integration of CRM and ERP and so on. Based on the infrastructure of RS10-ERP software system, it has studied in a model of product quoting, detail design , and also program realization. The main research results include:? Building a infrastructure and model of CRM to adapt manufacturing enterprise.? putting forward the seamless integration model with RS10-ERP.? Achieving a practical model of product quoting system, that has considered the maximum limit factors.? Researching in the application requirement and technology requirement in manufacturing CRM to data mining.
