Human resources management system is an important and indispensable part of theconstruction of information technology is crucial for business decision-makers andmanagers. The personnel department by using the system, and promote the standardizedmanagement of the personnel department, improve management efficiency and level;convenient original scattered in various departments personnel information organizationand management of organic, reliable and timely data, scientific decision-making unitsprovide an important basis.Analysis of the current human resource management issues, research and humanresources management process, the process is not standardized, low level of informationsharing, target unit analysis, design, development and implementation of the completionof the human resources management system suitable for Ninglu Gas and ElectricCompany. This system can improve the level of staff management, and effectivelyimprove the management capabilities for high-level decision-making basis; performanceappraisal system to establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism; rationalallocation of jobs, maximize staff capacity; stabilize the workforce, especially excellentstaff stable; take to the important role of standardized management, human resourcemanagement capabilities.The main research content and research include:(1) Around the design and implementation of the human resources managementsystem, the unit of human resource management process analysis, completedrestructuring of the system is involved in the operational framework. And statefunctional requirements and non-functional requirements in more detail.(2) From a functional data model and use case model to establish systems andother aspects of the business analysis model;(3) From the overall system design, detailed design, and software design and otheraspects of the system were designed in detail;(4) The use of artificial neural network approach to achieve staff performanceappraisal evaluation; (5) The use of J2EE technology to achieve human resources management system,and the use of sophisticated testing methods, design system functionality, performancetest cases, test results and the system needs to perform detailed comparison of the testresults are given.The system implements most of the functions of human resource management, hasa strong versatility and practicality, fast operation, simple, friendly man-machineinterface, a high degree of visualization.
