Scientific human resources management plays an important role in business activities of enterprises, which enables enterprise employees comprehensive understanding of the situation and their staff composition, help enterprises to establish and improve the incentive and restraint mechanisms, rational and effective allocation of human resources, improve management level and overall competitiveness. This paper studies the current status of human resource management, Compares the different theories and methods of human resources management, and considers the dynamic fuzzy point of the human resources management; lead the dynamic fuzzy logic theory into human resources management for study. The paper includes:(1) Introduced the current research status of the Human Resource Management, and analyzed the current advantages and disadvantages of human resource management model;(2) Introduced the current research status of the dynamic fuzzy logic, and presented the latest research results of theoretical studies dynamic fuzzy logic.In a word, The main characteristic of this paper is introducing DFL into Human Resource Management evaluation model, Established a human resources evaluation model based on dynamic fuzzy logic, Find a new way to research the human resources evaluation. Of course, our works are tentative, in view oft he complexity of human resource management, it need advanced research.
