With the rapid development of Internet,mobile communication and computer information technology in modern society,all kinds of data generated in the operation of enterprises are growing explosively,and the impact of data also begin to affect all aspects of enterprises.More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the data-based management of human resources,so as to improve the recruitment ability of enterprises and optimize human resource management.At the moment,the domestic big data mining and the establishment of data platform are in the primary stage,and most of them are used in the field of marketing management.How to use technical means to mine and analyze the talent data in the human resource management of enterprises,so as to optimize the internal Achievements management and talent recruitment efficiency of enterprises.it's the focus of human's attention.This paper combines with the relevant practical experience,research ideas and research countermeasures of enterprise talent recruitment,talent data and information construction at home and abroad,defined the concepts of talent recruitment,recruitment effectiveness,big data and big data platform from the theory firstly,the theory of talent position matching and competency model are analyzed.Then take company X as a case,analyze the current situation of the company's big data platform talent recruitment and sort out the existing problems,mining the seasons of the problems and combining with the actual situation of company X,propose some improvement measures,such as: Base on the big data platform to improve the overall level of recruitment;combine with the advantages of the big data platform to strengthen the ability of decision-making and analysis;establish a big data recruitment system based on competency model and standardize the recruitment process based on big data platform.It proves that the research content has strong operability and practical significance.Finally,summarize the shortcomings of this paper and prospect the future research direction.At the same time,I hope to be able to bring some inspiration to the human resource management of enterprises from the perspective of the application of big data platform,and provide practical reference for the optimization of talent recruitment of other peer enterprises.
