In recent years,as the global economy slows down and the number of unemployed increases,the number of college graduates in China is increasing rapidly year by year.As a result,there is a serious contradiction between the supply and demand of social talents,and the recruitment problem is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,how to realize the accurate match between the demand of job seekers and the demand of recruiters has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper tries to introduce the method of big data in the process of building accurate recruitment,through the consult literature at home and abroad,looking for factors affecting the effectiveness of the recruitment,based on the above factors and related algorithm,realize the employer portrait,employers label and skills in order to construct a dictionary,and build accurate recruitment system model,and data analysts professional,for example,through the text mining technology,in the recruitment online crawl data preprocessing,and build a data analyst the skills of the dictionary,and as the core of the precise recruitment system,then test the precise recruitment system accuracy of the algorithm.Finally,taking Z company as an example,the specific application of the accurate recruitment system model is discussed.The purpose of this article is to solve the problem of mismatch between the supplier and the supplier,low recruitment efficiency and time-consuming and laborious recruitment in the current human resource recruitment.With the help of big data and other tools,it constructs the portrait,label and bureau dictionary of the recruiter,so as to match the skills of job seekers and the needs of the recruiter,so as to solve the recruitment problem.
