The development of computer technology and information system accelerates the human resources management of the police. As an important tool for quantificat evaluation of employee performance, the management information system of performance appraisal plays an irreplaceable role in human resource management and transformation of enterprises. How to utilize the concept of performance management and the actual situation of police stations to design the information management system fitting for the progress of the police, attract much attention of leaders in national security organization.This paper address the demand of employee performance appraisal management of Dongguan LiaoBu police station, realizing the goal of different kinds of demand modeling, including business requirement modeling, functional requirement modeling, non-functional requirement modeling. Employing the object-oriented approach to achieve the architecture designing of the system, and accomplish a serious of detailed modular design, such as indicator management, job management, assessment management, log management, and system management. The system utilizes the B/S architecture for development. Employs SQL Server2008for database management and the TCP/IP transport protocol is used for network transmission.
