As for customer relationship management (CRM) activities, the customer is thecore element and the most critical factor on which enterprises develop their activitiesaccording to the customers’ demands. This thesis develops a CRM system that issuitable for Beijing Haug science and technology development co., Ltd. based oncustomer-centric. The system aims at enhancing CRM concept which the company canapply and promote customer service satisfaction to improve the level of CRM inenterprise.This thesis analyses the actual demands and business development properties ofHaug Company. Designs the scheme of system based on the theories of CRM andadvanced software development technology. Up to now, many systems adopt arelatively popular and mature development technology, such as B/S three-tier structure,MSSQL2005database management technique, VS.NET2008development platform andASP.NET webpage development technology. These technologies provide goodfoundations for system construction and more convenience for later system updatingand maintenance.According to the requirement of system, we have designed the function modulesand operation flows. Furthermore, we have accomplished system requirement analysis,overall function design, detailed design of modules, and database design. Based onsystem analysis and design, several operational modules in daily client management ofenterprises, such as client, product and orders managements, activities and services,information center, and system management, are implemented. On the basis ofsystematic design principles, module design and implementation are presented under theguide of structured design. Database with complicated operations are packaged byutilizing database storing technologies. These strategies improved the performance ofsystem significantly under ensuring the security of operational logic. The target systemhas been tested by using many kinds of conditions. At present, the system has been putinto service formally.
