With the development of information technology and the network applications,information constructure has been playing an important role in all kinds of industriesand has become one of the most important measures that a lot of small andmedium-sized enterprises take to gain competitive advantage in the marketplace.Meanwhile, with further development of market economy, market competition andindustry competition, the differences between the products and services become smaller.The central role of production of products for the market strategy has been graduallyreplaced by customer-centric service. The companies who can grasp the trends ofcustomer demands, strengthen customer relationships and effectively manage customerresources will be able to obtain competitive advantage in the fierce competition in themarket.This paper aims to design and implement a business company oriented customerrelationship management system (CRM),. The CRM systems mainly includes marketingmanagement. Customer management, service management, customer statistical analysis,basic data and system management modules. In order to reduce the client load, thesystem uses the B/S architecture, the ASP.Net development platform as the foregroundand uses SQL Server2005as the data storage platform to ensure system operation issimple, flexible, user-friendly and safe.The system implements main the storage and analysis of large enterprise data and aa variety of data integration, query and statistical functions. Hoping to enhance themanagement of enterprises, improve customer satisfaction, value and loyalty, increaserevenue, expand their business to find new channels and markets.
