Customer relationship management is a new management mechanism to improve the relationship between businesses and customers. Through the implementation of customer relationship management can improve the communication between businesses and customers, to better meet customer demand, so as to retain existing customers and develop potential customers.Jiangsu Eagle-GLOBE Group Limited Company has sales outlets throughout the country, has a large number of domestic and foreign customers, in order to reduce the cost of business, increase communication between businesses and customers, improve sales efficiency, to better meet customer demand, to better maintain customer relationships, to retain existing customers and to dig out potential customers. The company urgently needs a set of customer relationship management system.In this paper, with the background of the implementation of customer relationship management system in Jiangsu Eagle-GLOBE Group Limited Company, designed and implemented a set of customer relationship management system with the characteristics of the company. Through the investigation of requirements of customer relationship management of Jiangsu Eagle-GLOBE Group Limited Company, The customer relationship management system is mainly to achieve the following functions: marketing management, customer management, service management, statistical reporting, authority management and other function modules.Based on the analysis of Jiangsu Eagle-GLOBE Group Limited Company customer relationship management system’s demand, and then the specific requirements for the different roles, put forward specific implementation plan of the system. This system is based on a customer relationship management system for B/S multilayer architecture technology. The system develops using Microsoft’s. Net framework, to C# programming language, database using SQL Server 2008 to build, and rapid access to the database through ADO.Net, the multi-layer architecture solutions to achieve system function, alleviate the server working pressure and easy maintenance of the system function, design a customer relationship management system based on B/S mode and multi architecture technology.Jiangsu Eagle-GLOBE Group Limited Company customer relationship management system does not use a specific system framework, only logically system is divided into the UI Layer, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer, Entity Layer, and to regulate the relationship between layers.This paper introduces the development background and significance of this project, the system introduces the present situation and development trend of domestic and international customer relationship management system. The system adopts B/S mode, ASP.NET technology, multi-layer architecture and other related technology and development tools are studied. The customer relationship management system feasibility analysis, and system functional requirements and performance requirements are analyzed. Multi-layer architecture design and implementation of enterprise customer relationship management system based on B/S mode multi-layer architecture and technology, and the system related tests.
