This dissertation introduces the human resource management’s research background, significance and its present situation at home and abroad, and mainly discusses thedemobilized cadres. It analyses the theory and development technology concerning thesystem and completes the analysis of system requirements from the functional andnon-functional requirements. It also gives brief functional explanation and descriptionof nine modules including organization management of the system, positionmanagement, recruitment management, personnel management, contract management, personnel changes, training management, attendance management, performanceappraisal. Meanwhile it completes the system’s overall design and determines thesystem’s development environment, technical route and overall design principles, andalso implements systems analysis and database modeling, and system architecturedesign and so on. Based on the overall system design, the database physical modeling ofthe key modules are completed, the main data tables in database are created, and systemmanagement module and the main application module are completed in aspect ofdetailed design and implementation. On the basis of the realization of human resourcemanagement system, the importance of software testing is elaborated and unit testing, functional testing, performance testing, test analysis are done by test tool. Finally, thesummary is given and further research projects are also listed. This dissertation introduces a system of human resource management which fits smalland medium sized enterprises, by using the human resource management ofdemobilized cadres as an example. The human resource management system ofdemobilized cadres is fully described from the aspects of requirements analysis, architecture design, detailed design, implement and test. In the dissertation, theperformance appraisal of demobilized cadre is highlighted from aspects of the needanalysis, design, modeling, interface implementation, the internal function realization.Performance appraisal module consists of the special assessment rate indicators, assessment methods, assessment object management, and assessment scale generation. After completing assessment, the results can be calculated. Assessment score is calculated automatically by each weighting and evaluation level can be set by theformula. The system provides a query tool for the existing assessment information, assessment information of existing project and assessment score information.Assessment information in the department can be operated, including: projectcompletion, self-assessment, the higher assessment advice and other information. In the dissertation, a loosely coupled distributed human resources management systemis built based on J2EE and Spring, Struts and Hibernate integration framework. So as toenable them to achieve better reuse and scalability, JAVA platform is used. Through thesystem modeling analysis, the static and dynamic modeling is completed according todetailed design around the structure and function design. The dissertation gives theoverall implementation and the realization of some functions. In order to improveEHRMS human resources management system, the functional adjustment can be doneaccording to market demands. From the operating results data, the system can achievethe basic functional requirements using the user-friendly interface, reasonable structuredesign. In short, system operation is more stable and faster and can basically meet thesystem demand.
