Traditional military personnel resettlement is manual operation, including demobilized submission, job selection, performance appraisal and so on. This way with the increase of demobilized personnel has been unable to meet the demand of fast placement. Due to the rapid development of network technology to achieve worldwide penetration, and all walks of life, including access probability forces are increasing with the development of society, demobilized cadres access to employment through the Internet the way information is increasingly being displaced by everyone advocacy.
