At present, with the rapid development of society, the computer informationtechnology and network technology has entered people’s lives, the unified managementof human resources in state-owned enterprises, the need to rely on simple, rapid andsensitive computer human resources management system, this system got a lot of thespecial attention of the enterprise, and becomes the multitudinous enterprise humanresources management of the main ways.Now, the rapid development of science and technology has also led to advances incomputer and network technology, and human resource management, etc., as also beganto adopt a flexible, fast and system of human resource management system, which iswidely used by many companies a management method many human resourcemanagement departments and the leadership of the company who are beginning to payattention to this up.In this thesis, the author comprehensively understand the research background ofhuman resource management system and development course, research status, alsorelated the present situation of the enterprise, management of human resourcesmanagement are analyzed. The analysis and study based on J2EE architecture, B/Sstructure, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc, on the basis of open source framework, andcombining with the My SQL database technology, the MVC pattern, the birth of a newmodel of human resource management system. This new system in such aspects as theoriginal human resources management system with the new improvements, both in theentry, editing, or modify, query, even in the statistics, analysis, etc, all have adjusted,and compared to before the human resources management system, have more perfectfunction, has better compatibility, expansibility, even to maintain more convenient also.The main work of this thesis is listed as follow:1. To analyze the general characteristics of the human resource management, theanalysis of the aspects including the research background, development course, and thisresearch both at home and abroad, according to these aspects, summarized in this paper,the characteristics of the development of human resource management system and themain work.2. Because of the unique properties in the company, also has the unique process in business, in this paper, aiming at the particularity expounds the system design objectivesand its unique characteristics, with the demand of human resources management toconduct a comprehensive analysis and study, it was also in this case, a new model of thesystem.3. The principles and objectives of the system design and the design framework of acertain understanding and research, give full consideration to the company’smanagement, staff system, salary and security protection and other aspects of thesituation, according to the link between the design of the associated table database,focusing on the physical structure of the database and logical structures.4. With the knowledge and methods of software engineering, requirements analysisand system design for the results of realization of the system programming..5. After completion of the initial development, according to the system characteristics,formulate detailed test program carried out on various test systems, such as unit testing,functional testing and performance testing, but also the results of performance tests ofanalytic philosophy.Now, a lot of companies have adopted this system. Trial found that when the systemhas powerful function and performance of basic meet the demand of daily work, makethe original goal was achieved.
