At present, with the rapid development of society, computer informationtechnology and network technology have entered people’s life. The unified managementof human resources in enterprises needs to rely on simple, rapid and sensitive computerhuman resources management system which attracts a lot of special attention of theenterprises and also becomes the main human resources management method applied bymany enterprises.In this paper, the author comprehensively illustrates the research background,development course and current situation of human resource management system,relates the present situation of enterprises and analyzes human resources management.The analysis and research are based on open source framework such as J2EEarchitecture, B/S structure, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and so on. Combing with theMySQL database technology, the MVC pattern, the author proposes a new model ofhuman resource management system. This new system makes new improvements inoriginal human resources management system not only in the entry, editing, ormodifying, inquiry, but also in the statistics and analysis. Compared to the formerhuman resources management system, the new system has more perfect functions,better compatibility and expansibility, even easier to maintain.The main contents of this thesis are listed as follows:(1) Analyze the general characteristics of the human resource management. Theanalysis includes research background, development course, and research both at homeand abroad. According to these aspects, this thesis summarizes the characteristics andmain work of human resource management system developed by author.(2) Because enterprises have its unique properties and particular process inbusiness, this paper demonstrates the system design objectives and its uniquecharacteristics due to the particularity, then conducts a comprehensive analysis combingwith the demand of human resources management. In this circumstance, a new systemmodel was born.(3) After having some understanding and study of the principle, object anddesigning framework of the system, the author fully considers situations in enterprisemanagement, corporate institutions, salary and security guard. According to the associated link between the designs of the database table, this thesis focuses attention onthe physical structure of database and the design of logical structure.(4) It uses software engineering knowledge and methods to achieve a systemprogramming, considering requirements analysis and system design results.(5) After completion of the initial development, according to the characteristics ofthe system, this thesis formulates detailed test program and carries out various test onsystems, such as unit testing, functional testing and performance testing, but also thephilosophy performance testing.Now, a lot of enterprises have adopted this system. In trial period, it was found thatthe system has powerful features and performance, which can meet daily work demandsof enterprises, so that the initial objectives are achieved.
