With the deepening of economy system innovation, the enterprise management haschanged thoroughly. The hotspot of enterprise competition has turned into humanresource competition from the competition of fund and substance resource. Humanresource management has become the important part of enterprise management. In thetraditional human resource management system, human resource worker still alwaysspends abundant time and energy on the manipulation of daily civil transaction and haslittle time to consider the strategy work which is the essence of the human resourcemanagement. Today, the progress of technology gradually liberates the human resourcework’s hands and cerebra. It makes human resource’s work changed greatly. Viainformationization means of the concentrative information database, dealing withinformation automatically, staffer self-help service, exterior assist and service share etc,the electric Human Resource system has the effect of reducing the cost of humanresource management and enhancing efficiency and ameliorating staffer’s service mode.This paper mainly introduces the analysis, design and implementation of humanresources management system. To the characteristics of Human Resources Management,we make a tradeoff aspects of architecture,system design analysis, databases design anddata exchange with other systems. The purpose is to establish a system with soundlysecurity, flexibility to expand, facilitate the maintenance. Firstly, we discuss the basis ofthe theory and knowledge of the corporate human resources management system; andthen targeted human resources management system itself to the outside business systeminterface features, we specifically describe the human resources Web applicationframework of the functional requirements; and based on J2EE standard Systemarchitecture, we discribe the design and implementation of the application developmentenvironment and core technology at all levels.We focus on the analysis of the operation process and data flow for businesssubsystem, such as recruitment, performance management, training management. Thenwe detailly introduce the implementation of system architecture with the MVCdevelopment pattern, as well as the implementation of the critical sub-systems training management. Finally,we analysis the implementation of the system’s technical problemsand the key technology and introduced the classic example of the application.
