According to the thirty-first report of CNNIC, by the end of December2012, thenumber of Chinese cyber citizen has reached564million, meanwhile the mobile users42million. The rapid development of internet has not only made people feel the power ofthe network, but also the problems. Because of its convenience, the network has becomethe paradise of information, message, news and events. Showing the superiority in thenetizens’ carnival. The interaction of network changes the mode and circumstance ofMASS COMMUNICATION. With the development of new media technology and thestrengthening trend of media convergence, questions of “××of the network” and “thenetwork’s××” has attracted more and more people’s attention. The network events isespecially a rewarding topic. With the changes of language environment, networkbuzzword has become a point to discuss events which happen and develop in the internet,in order to see how the network buzzword influence the public opinion.Network buzzword and public opinion are not only independent form but alsostrength which are interactivity, especially the network buzzword that come from theevents. They have the same circumstances and almost the same audience and actors. Soprocess of the communication of network buzzword and the formation of public opinionare interactivity. The discourse tries to through specific case analyse how they toointeract each other and how the network buzzword promote the formation anddevelopment of public opinion.The discourse take advantage of knowledge of different subjects, such asjournalism, communication, linguistics, sociology and so on. Combine the diachronicstudy and the synchronic study together, choose the network event “My father is LiGang traffic accident” to make research on micro and macro levels, using PierreBourdieu’s theory of “field”. By using the S-S-M analysis paradigm, this discourse try toformulate the theme in surroundings, structure and motive. Then illustrate the outlines ofthe case in both aspects of the communication of network buzzword and the formation ofpublic opinion, moreover how they interact in the process of the event. In the end thediscourse make some conclusions in seven aspects to elaborate the feature and interaction of the process, considering that network buzzword play a fundamental role insupervision by public opinion. The function of emotional catharsis promote the scale ofpublic opinion, the entertainment expression and the power of the crowd deconstruct thetraditional authority. How these results emerge is determined by the public interest boththe two are both for the best of people’s common benefits.
