Ya’Ao English Language Training Service Ltd has been fast developed into a large-scale professional language training company within ten years. With its continued business growing and more and more varieties of service projects, the company decides to develop an information system for it overall business management.Based on the above background, and combined with the real requirement functions of the company’s main business, this thesis discusses the system design and implementation using software engineering developing and technologies. Combining with the company’s real business characters and resource developing plan, this information system conducts a group of information management functions which meets the company’s practical requirement for business management, such as client relationship management and marketing management, training courses and project management, employee management, cost fee and benefit management, etc. At first it summarizes related developing foundation. In sequence it discusses the software system’s main function demands, especially client relationship and marketing management, training project management, training resource management, business benefit and cost fee management and employee management, etc. On this basis it focuses on discussing the software design scenario of this system, including database subsystem’s design scenario, software system’s general structure, the internal function modules and their related flow design and management. In conclusion, it discusses this software’s program frames, main modules’programming and related testing on the client and server platform.This software system has good effect in test run. Real testing and customer evaluation shows that it reaches the system design goal.
