Secondary vocational education is an important part of the vocational and technical education, covering the education of specialized secondary schools, technical schools and vocational high schools, and charged with the important task of cultivating a large number of early, intermediate, high-quality workers for the community, which is a strong impetus to social and economic development. Computer professional is set up by Secondary vocational schools, which is so much popular and its teaching is still adhering to the traditional teaching mode "teaching-demonstration-practice", lacking accurate career-orientation, ignoring the cultivation of students’ comprehensive vocational ability, resulting in that the students could not do the work of the professional. According to the problems of vocational education, the field of vocational education in China is changing the philosophy of education and teaching method positively. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security in2001introduces the German action-oriented teaching methods, including the methods of the teaching of the project, simulation teaching, case method, role play, brain storming, and guiding the text and so on, whose essence is the course of their work of Professional Conduct system instead of the traditional teaching of the Professional Discipline system, and emphasis on learning to work and learning in the practical activities, aim to enhance students’ professional competence.On the basis of drawing on existing research results and experience, this subject teaching carries an experiment on the "Photoshop" course on the sophomores majoring in Secondary vocational computer professional for a semester, using the Project Approach in the action-oriented teaching methods. Experiment is designed for the peer group quasi-experimental, using the independent samples T-test to statistics, and experimental data and questionnaire results show that the Project Approach plays a significant role in promoting the achievement of written examination and practice, moreover, the Project Approach to the study of male and female students have different effects, in which the girls written examination achievement better than boys, however, the boys practice achievement better than girls. In addition, in the process of Project Teaching, to the Traditional teaching, the students’interest in leaning, learning ability, learning methods and learning habits have improved.Based on the teaching experiments, the researcher concluded the principle and method of Secondary vocational schools computer professional "Photoshop" teaching project. Moreover, in accordance with the Typical tasks of "Photoshop" teaching, the researcher designed9teaching project for "Photoshop" teaching. In order to rich the theoretical and practical value of the project teaching and seek a better and more appropriate teaching model for Secondary vocational schools computer professional "Photoshop" teaching.
