Functional Computer Application Professional Training Project Design And Practice

The training and practicing in computer operation is an important teaching link to give the students of a vocational middle school, majoring in computer application, a systematic train in professional skills, to consolidate and strengthen their theoretical knowledge, to improve their ability of operation and synthetic application of what they have learnt. According to the educational condition of a vocational middle school, practicing and training are included as courses in our teaching activity to give prominence to ftindamentality, practicability and pertinency, at the purpose of meeting social requirements. What we teach covers the knowledge of computer application, and this is also suitable to their intelligential level and knowledge structure. With respect to our course setup, we put emphasis on the penetrability and practicability of what we would like to teach the students. We also attach importance to knowledge relationship for the students to apply what they have learnt. The cultivation of deploitation and cooperation spirits and problem solution are paid attention.A research to the method of design of practicing and training projects is preliminarily carried out in this paper, including the policy and principle of selecting the practicing and training projects, the design method itself, and the project-oriented teaching method. The author thinks that the key to succession in the project-oriented teaching method is the choice of practicing and training projects, which should be practical and feasible. These practicing and training projects should also be helpful to improve the students' kernel competence and the integrity of their knowledge.This paper tries to introduce a teaching method of training and practicing of computer operation, which is suitable in a vocational middle school to foster students' ability to operate a computer and solve practical problems, to improve their professional skills to meet the social needs by teaching them the most up-to-date technologies.
