Design And Implementation Of MVC-based Commercial Bank Performance Appraisal System

In recent years, with the development of Chinese capital market and the foreigncommercial banks swarm into ceaselessly, domestic commercial banks are facingmore and more competitive pressure. In this environment, as an independentnon-profit corporation, it is very important for the commercial banks to strengthen andperfect the current performance management system. While in the performancemanagement of the most important part is the performance appraisal. Therefore, it isvery necessary for the commercial bank to establishment of performance evaluationsystem for the state-owned commercial bank through improve the staff’s personalquality to increase employee occupation behavior.The system uses Struts+Hibernate development framework based on MVCpattern. First， through the use of Struts, the presentation layer realizes therepresentation and business separation, so as to reduce the system coupling degree.Secondly，in the business logic layer, the system improves the reusability accordingto the Struts Action class inheritance and class JavaBeans and other relatedcomponent technology. Finally, the system simplifies the operation of the databasethrough the Hibernate frame structure on JDBC lightweight object encapsulates datapersistence operations in data persistence layer. In addition, the system also used a lotof related technologies on the transmission performance of the network are optimizedand reduce the system coupling degree. Thus, allowing the system to meet therequirements of robustness, ease of use, portability and scalability.This paper introduced the commercial bank performance evaluation systemdesign and development, including the system research background, main content,key technology, design and implementation method. On the performance evaluationof the relevant concepts are explained and analyzed on the basis of, introduced basedon the MVC model of Struts+Hibernate development framework. Followed by ananalysis of the commercial bank performance evaluation system needs, and the mainfunctions of the system design and implementation of the module is discussed indetail. Then, explained the system test method and gives the test case. Finally, thepaper’s work was summarized and prospect.
