The research is based on the customer management relationship of HaiDongcompany, and makes full use of the theory of management, marketing, operationsresearch, customer relationship management, data warehousing principles, combinedwith domestic and foreign experts and scholars research and implementation of relatedindustries CRM’s successful experience in planning and design, the power companyCRM, HaiDong reference HaiDong the power company to develop marketingstrategies.The customer relationship management system of HaiDong power supplycompany is composed of five parts, namely: customer information management,customer basic situation display, the use of electricity in real-time monitoring,assessment of the safe operation of power supply integrated services. The five partsopen to all three types of customers including large customers, important clients, andhigh-risk customers, but the specific content of different customers characteristicsdiffer. The marketing management system, electronic document management system,information collection systems, customer service systems, production managementsystems, scheduling and automation systems, geographic information systems andother information systems need to be integrated, many involving systems integratevarious system information must strictly comply with the State Grid Corporation ofSG186engineering about a horizontal application integration requirements, throughthe enterprise service bus and data center integration, information exchange software toavoid duplication of development.
