From the development of China’s coal enterprises in recent years, the coal enterprisesneed a more information-based approach to dynamic management of customer resources.Because the development of energy-based enterprises need to rely on customers and themanagement and development of the supply chain, and thus a more refined way ofcustomer relationship management through the management of the supply chain. Inaddition, customer resource information is an important resource for enterprisedevelopment, therefore, customer relationship management is critical for enterprises.The so-called customer relationship management, enterprise a strategic point of view tounderstand, it can be considered as a way of managing customer relationships in this waycan be more conducive to the development of enterprises; from a commercial point of viewof philosophy, enterprises customers relationship Management program aim is to be able tonarrow the distance between businesses and their customers, and strive to get morecustomer resources; thinking from the perspective of system development, customerrelationship management is in fact under the support of high technology to help companiesmanage customer information. Customer relationship management has been able tooccupy an important position in enterprise development, mainly due to its ability to helpbusinesses take advantage of the customer to collect information, and informationreasonably effective analysis, to provide direction for the development of decision-makingventures based on the analysis results.Based on the development of the coal business management concepts, as well as thecoal company’s business workflow and demand, combined with the practical requirementsof a large state-owned coal enterprises, the design of coal enterprise customer relationshipmanagement system that allows more efficient use of coal enterprises and manage customerresources. And also for businesses to understand and track customer changes and meetcustomer needs, improve work efficiency plays a big role.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of topic selection byanalyzing the current domestic and international importance of customer relationshipmanagement, customer relationship management for technology research status derived.Related concepts of customer relationship management overview, introduces the definition of customer relationship management, process and future development. Then combinedwith the status quo of China’s coal enterprise development, the coal company’s businessand workflow analysis, customer relationship management system for a detailed needsanalysis, and the establishment of a UML model of the system.Secondly, according to the system requirements analysis, the design goals andprinciples of the system, in the Microsoft Visual Studio2010platform using C#languageand SQL Server2008database capabilities of customer relationship management systemfor coal enterprises were developed, the paper details the system login modules, customerinformation and service management module, market information and marketingmanagement module, business benefits contribution analysis module and system settingsmanagement module main function and design. System login module, for permission toverify the user’s identity management; customer information and service managementmodule, capable of a user’s personal information, service and pre-service maintenance andmanagement; market information and marketing management module, can effectively helpmarket marketing Manager analyzes the properties of existing target customer groups tohelp enterprises accurate market launch; business benefit contribution analysis module,mainly to complete business-to-customer, department, agency contribution, products andemployees analysis. System settings management module, enables administrative userrights, assign different permissions for different roles.Again, according to the design of the system architecture to achieve the coal enterprisecustomer relationship management system, turn the system login modules, customerinformation and service management module, market information and marketingmanagement module, business benefits contribution analysis module and systemmanagement module settings implementation process were described in detail.Finally, the system was tested, introduces the definition and method of testing, focusingon the performance of the system was tested, the current system will be put into operation.
