Customer relationship management (CRM) system is an important tool for enterprises to understand the market orientation and demand. As a kind of knowledge discovery technology from large amounts of data, data mining is more and more applied in the field of business data processing. Customer relationship management system based on data mining, can extract knowledge from massive historical data on enterprise, and provide support for their decision.Combining with the practice of customer relationship management in power supply enterprise and applying of data mining technology, this paper mined the historical data of power supply enterprises and provided the support for the power supply enterprise decision making. In the paper, we evaluated and divided the customers from the five aspects of customer satisfaction, customer value, customer credit, customer risk and customer security through index selection, model selection and model training. The knowledge discovery process used models of TOPSIS, AHP, grey forecasting and K-MEANS clustering analysis. On this basis, we developed a customer relationship management system of power supply enterprise, which integrated the existing data and business of the marketing system in power supply companies and provided support for the electric power supply company’s marketing decision.
