(Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650091, China) Abstract: A kind of system atic architecture of customer relationship management (CRM) for manufacturing enterprises was put forward and some related key techniques of CRM and the relation between CRM and enterprise resource planning (ERP) were analyzed and discussed in detail according to characteristics of manufacturing enterprises. So the application of theory and technology of CRM can be enhanced in manufacturing enterprises. The author participated in the design of customer relationship management (CRM) for medium and minor manufacturing enterprises which designed by Yunnan Association For Machinery Industry. And then, the paper gives the detail design of the system's architecture and database tahle structures. At last, also give the MCRM VI.0. |
