The economic and social development brings a series of new industry growing, advertising and media industry as an emerging industry with unlimited business opportunities. The organization and management level of media industry in china is relatively backward at present, the media industry is not a good use of information management tools to grasp resources of customer, Lack of understanding of customer relationship management, cause the customer resources is serious loss. Hunan as leading provinces of advertising and media industry in China, is ready to build customer relationship management system of Hunan city start media company, it has the vital significance on breakthrough progress of advertising media industry and deepening the theory of customer relationship management.This system is developed on J2EE platform, using B/S structure for design, the system uses SSH framework, use of JAVA language for programming. Use SQL Server2008database to support background data. System development with general steps of software engineering, to run requirements elicitation and demand analysis for the system, then do the system architecture, function and database design, to implement and test the system at the end.The customer relationship management system of Hunan start city media company mainly realize the main system management, customer management, business management, competition management, sales management, cost report management and reporting decision analysis of seven functional management. The system completed the daily maintenance for common data of system and basic settings of system, storage and management of customer information, input and management of business information, storage and management of the competitor’s information, management the information for sales staff and sales record, the system can also complete the reimbursement of company, and statistical analysis of data on the system. The system can meet the requirements on complete the whole process of media company. Use the information technology to manage the customer relationship it’s good for information safe storage, to avoid the information loss and information leakage happen; the customer relationship management system used in Media Company can reduce the workload of the staff, improve the work efficiency of media industry; it also can help the media company to reasonable grasp customer resources. Above all, to build customer relationship management system of Hunan start city media company have important significance on deepening the media industry to understand the theory of customer relationship management, help the domestic media industry made breakthrough progress arid establish an unified and efficient organization system of domestic media industry.
