This paper combines data mining technology and the reality of Harbin Power Marketing system, the primary work are Design and development of Harbin Power CRM system and research on customer assessment model and implementation process of prey clustering algorithm and ideal point method.The customer relationship management system in this paper is mainly a analytical CRM system and have operations of the functional CRM system, it is an attempt of software development of power company CRM system. Compared to the large-scale data mining software this data mining process is simple and has intuitive mining results, it plays a supporting role in enterprise decision-making. |
