With the development of industry Automation control, the needs of Automation control engineer are becoming more and more desperate. After the entrance of WTO, the auditing of Automation System Engineer Qualification becomes more internationalizated. Automation Chinese Association of Automation (CAA) brings out "Automation System Engineer Accreditation ( ASEA) ", promotes the development of Automation Engineer and accelerates the building of Automation Sciences. This paper brings out research based on the background of building of ASEA laboratory and promotion of ASEA.This paper bases on different levels of ASEA, brings out total solution of process control Simulation platform.The main content of the article is as follows :Chapter Ⅰ: Introduced relevant concepts of simulation technology and research situation. Presented the basis and purpose of this paper, analyzed the key point and difficult of this subject.Chapter Ⅱ: Introduced the basic principles of process control systems, and analysis of the feasibility of establishing a process control platform, and discussed the need for experiments on the process control system simulation models.Chapter Ⅲ: the system design of simulation platform. Bringed out the core model semi-physics simulation based on model station, DCS control station, DCS engineers station / Operator Station three-tier system architecture. Analyzed the various systems function, including the content of the training, and training mode.Chapter Ⅳ: the design and realization of the model station. Presented internal processing units with flow simulation structure, analysis the model station communications mechanism and expounded the establishment of model station, mechanisms and models of modules of failure.Chapter Ⅴ: Introduced platform management system. Introduced the various functional module , analyzed the operational model of functional control andevaluated the detailed elaboration system.Chapter VI: summary and outlook. Summed up the training of the test simulation platform features, and made recommendations for further development.
