In recent years, along with the vigorous development of vocational education, vocational education teaching reform and the corresponding in each got vigorously promote vocational colleges. In our country some professional education experts’s lead and introduced, action oriented teaching theory is more and more people know of vocational education, and to explore the theory in action oriented under the guidance of the construction of the curriculum system, teaching process design that will be able to adapt to the rapid development of the work position requirements.This paper mainly to solve in action under the guidance of the concept of guidance, to the web design and production of the course of teaching process redesigned, by establishing the teaching goal of competency-based, select the working process oriented teaching content, using "learning" teaching method, create true and simulation of combining.This paper adopts literature, questionnaire, interview method, case analysis and other methods, according to the teaching design of the basic elements, the action oriented teaching idea integration in the teaching design process, for the web design and production of the course of teaching reform has some demonstration and guidance.This paper are divided into five parts:the first part of the statement of the background, significance and action oriented teaching at home and abroad present situation of the study; The second part to the related concept is defined, and introduced the action oriented teaching theory foundation and the commonly used method of teaching; In the third part of the action oriented theory in the statement, under the guidance of the teaching design goal, characteristics, principles and steps; The fourth part is part of the experiment, the selection of jiangning secondary specialized school09technical secondary school class, as an experimental network object to design good teaching plan teaching experiments, and the experimental results were analyzed, some Suggestions and insufficient analysis; The fifth part to get the results are preliminary reflection, and puts forward the problems for further research for later.
