Secondary vocational schools "Computer Application" course is an important basis courses, it can train student's computer application skills for the future professional activities. In 2008, the ministry of education has issued the latest syllabus of"The secondary vocational school computer application course", the syllabus requirements: teachers need to update the teaching model; starting from the interest in learning, in the teaching embodies student-centered, giving learning initiative to students, combining with teaching and learning and doing, student as the main body participation in teaching process, make students form good learning habits and to strengthen students' comprehensive ability of various training. Therefore, let the student to learn skills, learning to learn, developing fully in the learning process, has become the core content of the new curriculum reform.Action learning is that the learning through action in a controlled environment, it reflects the vocational education thought of "teaching by doing, learning by doing".Action learning emphasis on training students in learning methods, emphasizes the subjectivity of student's participation, students can learn through actions to increase knowledge and improve capacity, change and improve their own feelings, attitudes, concepts and values, consistent with the idea of the new curriculum reform. This paper use teaching experiments, questionnaires and interviews and other methods, paper is divided into six parts. The first part describes the background of this thesis, goals of the research; meaning, content, method, key, difficult and innovative points and so on.The second part briefly introduces the action learning and secondary vocational school computer application basic course. The third part elaborates the theoretical basis of application research in that action learning teaching design. The fourth part carried out a detailed theoretical analysis about the secondary vocational school computer application course's action learning instructional design, including the teaching design idea and principle, teaching design process of the secondary vocational school computer application course action learning, and classroom implementation process. The fifth part is the teaching experiments study which about action learning in secondary vocational school computer application course. Firstly introduces experimental design, teaching case, teaching process, etc. Next, through counting and analyzing experiment data, student interview, summarized the application effect that the teaching mode of action learning in vocational computer course, analyzed the effectiveness of the experiment and the problems in the experiment. In the teaching, experimental class use the action learning teaching methods and the corresponding teaching strategy, comparative class use the conventional teaching mode of secondary vocational school computer application foundation course. Before and after the experiment, to make a comprehensive inspection on the interest in computer application foundation learning; computer application foundation learning results; students study subjectivity; the ability to learn and the cooperation consciousness and so on, and using SPSS statistical analysis. Statistical results show that, action learning teaching methods can improve effectively the students' learning interest in computer application foundation; the ability to learn and the cooperation consciousness, it can produce positive effect on the learning results and students study subjectivity. The sixth part is the thinking and looking about the study, and proposes the next research direction.
