The increasingly fierce market competition makes more and more enterprises strongly feel that the customer will become an important magic weapon to win in the fierce competition in the enterprise. Enterprises start to the customer development, customer competition, and change and take the customer as the center of the new management era, in this context, CRM (customer relationship management system) has been put on the agenda implementation. Hope for the enterprise in the fierce competition in the future, effectively establish and manage customer relationship, improve customer loyalty, and ultimately to obtain stable and high quality market share and profit.Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and international customer relationship management system, combined with actual requirement of the company, and design the system. The system uses the BVS model design, operating system using IBM AIX, database using IBM DB2, using.J2EE as the system developing platform, application server using IBM WEBSPHERE6platform. This paper first analyzes the customer information management business, main business includes customer basic information management, customer information management, expansion potential customers into customers, management, and business needs, and analyzed the business requirements. On the basis of the demand analysis, the design of the system architecture, and designed the corresponding database table based on E-R diagram, according to the business process analysis function module, and draws the corresponding interface. Finally, the summary and the prospect of research and development work systems design.Through the implementation of customer relationship management system, improve the company’s overall customer management level. The customer as an important asset of the company has been unified, standardized, efficient management. For the company to maintain good customer relations, to win more customers resources provides guarantee measures.
