In recent years, the rapid development in China’s manned space mission, carrier rockets, satellites and other technology, raised higher requirements on the monitoring and controlling capability for ocean-going tracking ship, Modern tracking ship gathered a lot of special equipment:measurement and control class communication, navigation, and power, and so on. At present, the various sub-systems equipment are developed by different institutes in China, and resulted in conflicts among system, which consequently caused the ship-borne equipment unnecessarily bloated and unnecessary redundancy of the participating personnel, along with the gradual streamlining and the optimization of the shipboard equipment and the structure of personnel, there is an urgent need of a set of a new and comprehensive controlling system for the entire ship, which can intergrate all the necessary equipment and the information of the participating personnel effectively to achieve high-quality, efficient, real-time on the important data management and personalized services applications.In response to this situation, and combined with the existing tracking ship LAN network, a WEB-based the shipborne equipment monitoring system is designed, which has mare full use of the wired Ethernet and wireless Zigbee technology, and put the necessary data,such as shipboard equipment, environmental parameters,personnel information and other necessary data into the monitoring range, the information collection fore-end of the monitoring system based on embedded system hardware platform, to the ARM7microprocessor as the core, able to accomplish capture and output of the signal on the amount of temperature and humidity, the device switch, digital, analog, etc.; through the serial RS232&RS485docking equipment, to read the device parameters and working status; collecting personnel positioning information by Zigbee. All information goes into the ship’s internal-LAN through the Ethernet, and sent to the monitoring center, the user can obtain the device information in real-time and operater: publishing instruction, staff scheduling, equipments switched,etc. by WEB browserCombine the actual conditions, this paper introduced from the hardware and software detailed of the author’s responsibled for fore-end design and implementation of information collection.
