Archives, a kind of non-renewable resource, are of great value for our human race. Whilethe temperature and humidity of the archives house take a outstanding effect on the aging ofarchives. So that, it is one of the important measures for extending the age of archives tocontrol the temperature and humidity of the archives house timely and reasonably. Accordingto a great deal of materials on the archives protection, the author analyzed the situation of thearchives house in the college he worked, and designed a wireless temperature and humiditymonitoring and control system based on STC10F08XE MCU.This monitoring and control system takes the MCU as the center, and is composed of twosecondary systems, namely, upper computer and lower computer. Upper one is mainly a PC,while the lower computer system is made up of two parts, which is data collection terminaland data receiving terminal. And the whole system is composed of temperature and humiditydata acquisition module, liquid crystal display module, wireless transmission module, Infraredremote control module, a serial port communication module, alarm module and executablemodule. In this thesis, the author made use of LabVIEW software and C language, and made adetailed design on the each module. In the end, the author also adopted Proteus simulationsoftware tools to make some simulation experiments, and finally meet the expected need.
