According to the national military standard(GJB548A) and the aerospace industry standard(GJ/165B), in the processes of components selection, storage, and electronic products manufacturing, the temperature and humidity in environment and in the test chamber need to be monitored. The measurement record has the traceability. PID control theory has developed rapidly and is widely used in industrial control. PID controller is easily to implement with simple structure. It can obtain good control effect through adjusting parameters. The timevarying and nonlinear systems can be controlled with great precision because of many intelligent algorithms. This paper mainly studied the following contents:Firstly, this paper analyses the background and significance of the temperature and humidity monitoring of electronic components and electronic products in space production. The development of monitoring technology at home and abroad is elaborated. The overall design of the system is established.Then, the hardware and software design of the system are introduced in detail. This paper illuminates the function and the design process of the IPC monitoring system. Man-machine interface have the function of real-time displaying, storage, analysis and processing of data. Multiple machines are monitored at the same time. Machines are connected. The design of circuit diagram, the design of PCB and the design of anti-interference are introduced in detail. In this paper, modular programming idea is used to design procedure. The system can achieve stable running state through multiple debugging and testing.Finally, this paper analyzes the algorithm of BP neural network PID controller with simulation study. Controlling the temperature of high-low temperature test box with the BP neural network controller can effectively improve the control effect. From the perspective of military production, the system has been verified, and the system meets the requirements of high reliability, and it accords with the relevant regulations. The system is stable and reliable after trial operation. The system has multiple functions, setting the monitoring of the test box and the factory workshop in one subsystem. The IPC communicates with multiple sub machines and controls lower machines, meeting the need of the production site better.
