Chongqing Vocational Institute Of Information Design And Implementation Of The Performance Appraisal System

Global industrial environments are tendency internationalization, liberalization and knowledge economization. The human capital has become the most important factors of production, which can promote the development of productive forces, the source of social wealth. As one maximization form of human capital enterprise performance management, human resources management is rising in development status. At present, many universities and colleges, which are the cradle of knowledge innovation in higher education quality, introduce performance evaluation mechanism. The quality of higher education determines the quality of talent and it is directly related to the development of the science and technology, personnel quality of colleges and universities also can affect the quality of higher education. Therefore, improving and perfecting the assessment system of college teachers is quite realistic significance. Now every vocational college attach great importance to performance management, and put it as an important means to measure teachers'qualities. Vocational colleges as an important part of higher education, whose teachers'individual qualities and overall levels directly related to the educational level.In this thesis, chongqing information technology vocational college was taken as a case and its performance assessment status and staff performance assessment system requirements were in-depth analysised.Using the software system development ideas and methods to design and detailed design overall evaluation system, taking B/S architecture and c # language in Visual Studio 2008 flat and using Sql Server 2008 database,using asp.net MVC framework to design web front, the staff performance assessment system of chongqing information technology vocational college was designed and tested in last.Based on this research, chongqing information technology vocational college evaluating system of basic development is completed. The system functions basically comply with customer needs, can get through with departments, staff room, employees, school year term, examination, index, staff evaluated roles, functions such as characters, rating scores.
