The Police Performance Appraisal System Based On Vb And Sql Server Is Designed

With the informatization construction of public security launched gradually and deeply,and according to the practical requirement of policing work, the traditional performance appraisal system has been unable to meet our needs. Relaying on the transformation of policing pattern and the application of technology, information technology will be introduced to the field of public security organs of the performance appraisal to innovative the mechanism and then to build a new carrier of it,thereby promote strongly the transformation from the traditional mode to the informational one and develop new ways of establishment of informatization construction.This study is based on the police performance appraisal of Tianjin Public Security Bureau, and meeting the requirements of the management network, office automation system and electronic process policing, taken full advantage of the existing network and technical resources to build a employee performance appraisal system based on the CS for the city’s public security authorities. The study was designed to follow the software engineering principles. This system uses Visual Basic6.0to develop a beautiful and friendly man-machine interface, makes it easier to understand and operate for the users. The database uses SQL Server2005database, and is designed in CS mode. To meet the different business’requirements, this system has designed8module respectively..The Tianjin city public security organs at all levels do not need to adjust the organization and workflow when the software is introduced, and play an important role in promoting and ascension of the public security bureau in Tianjin police resources management.Meanwhile, this is convenient for public security to establish the performance evaluation system, and providing tools for further personalized work. Thus strengthening the public security organs’efficiency of serving the people, improving the law-enforcement regulations of Tianjin Public Security Bureau and forming the excellent professional virtue of public security forces.
